Job Title:  Assistant Customer Care Service Officer

Location: Lagos 

Job Duties

• Answer customer enquiries, carry out banking transactions
• Solve customer complaint cases
• Provide comprehensive and professional phone banking services to premier customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to customer

Requirements

• I.T / OND
• Previous experience in financial institution or call center is an advance
• Customer-focused approach
• Effective communication and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in Cantonese and English, fluent Putonghua is a plus
• Willing to work on shifts, including on weekends and public holidays as needed.
• Applicant should reside around Bariga Axis.

Salary
N25,000.00.
